A roofer in a harness lays charcoal architectural shingles over fresh underlayment on a steep slope

Roofs built for eight months of rain.

Asphalt, standing seam metal and storm repair across Tacoma, Gig Harbor and the Kitsap Peninsula. Every roof we finish goes in the record, with its town and its scope.

On the slopeArchitectural asphalt going down over synthetic underlayment, one course at a time.

The record

A roof is judged in its fifth winter, not on the day the crew leaves.

So we keep a plain record of every roof we finish: the town, the year and exactly what was done. Read it like a builder's logbook, then ask us to look at yours.

Asphalt3 roofs

Most of the houses under the firs here wear asphalt. Done right, that means a full tear-off, a sound deck and venting the attic can actually breathe through.

We come out, get on the roof, take photos and send you a written scope with a price. If a repair will do, we say so.
