Underlayment goes down the same day the old roof comes off. Nothing sits open overnight.
What we do on every job
- Someone gets on the roof before we quote it. We send photos with the written scope.
- Tear-offs go to the deck. Soft or rotten boards are cut out and replaced, and the scope says how many.
- Flashing at chimneys, walls and skylights is new, not reused.
- The yard is swept with a magnet for nails before we leave.
What we will not do
- Lay a new roof over an old one to save a day.
- Sell a full reroof when a repair will honestly hold.
- Ask for the full price before the work is done.

Washington L&I contractor number: owner to add. Bond and liability insurance details: owner to add. Once added, you can look the number up on the L&I site yourself.
